The larger firms do strong work, often on large-scale engagements. MDG was built specifically for small to mid-market clients — companies that need senior technology judgment but don't need (or want to pay for) a large consulting firm with significant overhead. Every engagement is led by Mark personally, with senior consultants brought in when scope calls for it. And the firm operates strictly on advisory revenue: no referral fees, no preferred-vendor relationships, no implementation revenue.

What does "independent ERP advisor" mean?
